What a pop up display stand is
A pop up display stand is a portable, reusable exhibition fixture built on a collapsible aluminium or magnetic frame with a printed fabric or PVC graphic panel. It assembles without tools in minutes, packs into a wheeled case and can be re-skinned with new graphics for each campaign. It is not the same product as a printed roll up or pop up banner, which is a single graphic on a tensioned stand.

Curved pop up stands
The standard 3×3 and 3×4 curved frame, giving a concave backdrop that fills a 3 metre exhibition bay. Fabric graphic, tool-free assembly, wheeled transit case.
Straight pop up stands
A flat backdrop for shell scheme stands and retail walls where a curve would waste floor depth.
Magnetic pop up stands
Magnetic bar frames that lock without channel bars, for teams who set up and break down repeatedly.
Fabric tension pop up stands
A single seamless printed fabric skin stretched over the frame, washable and creaseless, for brands that reuse the same graphic across multiple shows.
Counters and podiums
Matching pop up counters and promotion podiums, branded to the same artwork, for staffing and product demonstration alongside the backdrop.

What affects the price
Frame type is the largest factor: magnetic frames cost more than channel-bar frames but survive more setup cycles. After that, graphic material and finish, whether you need matching counters and lighting, and how many spare graphic skins you order at the same time. Ordering two graphic sets with one frame is usually cheaper per campaign than ordering a second complete stand later.
Lead time
Most pop up display stands are in production within 7 to 14 days from artwork approval. Delivery and installation across Dubai and the wider UAE are handled by our own team.

Can I reuse the frame with new artwork?
Yes. The frame is the durable part. Ordering replacement graphic skins for an existing frame is significantly cheaper than a new stand.
Do you supply the transit case?
Yes, a wheeled hard case is included, and it can be branded and used as a counter base.
How many people are needed to set one up?
Two people, 10 to 20 minutes, no tools.
